Virtual Exhibition

The Virtual Exhibition is an extremely useful tool for the organizers of a congress as it features an interactive plan of the exhibition site (exhibitor and sponsors booths) being designed to give the delegates all the information needed about exhibitors before, during and after the event.

The platform enhances the exhibitors’ and sponsors’ presence before a congress by allowing delegates to read about them, view the product line, watch presentation videos and most import to plan their visit at the exhibition during the event.

 

Virtual Exhibition Manager:

 

Sponsors and exhibitors are able to create their interactive virtual exhibition booth in a couple of simple steps using our management tool, with no need of an architecture plan.

They can perform the following actions:

  • Add contact details such as exhibitor name, address, e-mail as well as their logo to the already created draft
  • Upload an image for the background of the booth and a short description of the company
  • Enter the virtual booth menu to populate the booth with branding content according to the permission granted by the organizer: company profile, videos, brochures and other files

 

Virtual Exhibition Viewer:

 

The interactive Virtual Exhibition is available to the delegates online and on-site through touch screens.

Delegates can perform the following actions:

  • Find booths by filtering criteria such as exhibition areas, name, booth number, halls, etc.
  • Click on a booth to find company description
  • Enter the interactive booth for detailed company content (videos, brochures, presentations)
  • Access the contact details of the exhibitors and send the companies’ representative a personal message
